This is exactly what I did at the weekend. I highly recommend The Healing Weekend Festival in Somerset, full of anything and everything healing. I didn't go as a therapist but to relax and recharge.....it was such an chilled weekend and full of beautiful souls 'just being in the moment'. Although it's kind of hard to get back into normality 😂

I choose to stop rushing through life.
I am no longer chasing every moment.
I will not measure my worth by how busy I am
or how much I accomplish in a day.

Instead, I give myself permission to slow down, to pause,
to breathe deeply,
to feel the sun on my skin
and notice the beauty in everyday things.

I want to live with intention, not urgency,
with presence, not pressure.
Life is not a checklist;
it’s a collection of moments,
and I choose to be fully here for them.

In slowing down, I reclaim my time,
my peace,
and the joy of simply being alive.

Been working on the council grass to create an insect area ...it's working.... some of the wonderful bugs and fluttery things just outside of my house, so much nicer looking out into this than 3ft grass that's never cut properly 🙌🥰🦋🐝🐞
