My friend Carla sent me this wonderful photo today of my beloved Etta and I swimming together off Highcliffe beach a couple of years ago. A wonderful memory. Etta and I loved swimming together.

Talking of swimming, I have now completed 8 miles of my 10 mile swimming challenge in aid of the Alzheimer's society. Another 3/4 mile swim this evening, so I have now completed 3.75 miles of my 10 mile challenge.
My fundraising is up to £298!!! Nearly 3 times my original target of £100. Thank you so so much to all of you who have donated - I am so grateful. The first signs of spring in our clinic garden this morning!! The first daffodils opening and clearly the frogs have been very busy in our pond!!
