What does floating do? Why should you do it?
Floating provides a way for your body to relax like you would never get to do with:
🛏️ Laying on a surface that you are well aware of.
☀️ Light, even the smallest amount of light on even closed eyelids can stimulate the brain.
🌊Floating in 500kg of Epsom salt allows your body to disconnect, therefore allowing your brain to fully relax. This in turn lowers cortisol by up to 40% per 60 minutes of floating.

Do you know how to unplug from the world and just BE.
