🧀🍷 Cheese & Wine Afternoon at Wilton Manor! 🍷🧀

This afternoon our residents enjoyed a lovely time sampling a delicious selection of cheeses and sipping on a little wine. Good conversation, and a relaxed atmosphere made it a nice experience for everyone.

Moments like these are all about enjoying the simple pleasures in life and today, we certainly did just that! 💛✨

We recently transformed this once unused nook into a cosy and inviting space now known as “The Little Library.” 🏫📖With soft lighting, a comfy chair, and shelves filled with a variety of books, it’s the perfect spot for our residents to take a seat, relax, and escape into a good story. This special corner offers a peaceful retreat where residents can enjoy quiet time, reminisce through old favourites, or just to grab a book while passing by. 🥰

💖 Gorgeous Grandma Day 💖

The pampering continued today as we celebrated Gorgeous Grandma Day here at Wilton Manor!
Our lovely ladies were treated to some more well deserved TLC, with hand massages, nail painting, and plenty of smiles. We shared heart warming stories about grandchildren and great-grandchildren! A special moment filled with love and memories. 💕

💆‍♀️✨ A Day of Pampering at Wilton Manor ✨💅

Yesterday we had the lovely Gina in our salon, working her magic and making everyone look and feel fabulous with fresh hairdos and warm smiles all around! 💇‍♀️💖

Meanwhile, our activities team treated residents to relaxing hand massages and a touch of colour with nail painting – lots of smiles and a whole lot of self-care.

Because everyone deserves a little pamper time! 💛🌸

On Thursday afternoon we had the opportunity to do some gardening and for others residents weren't so comfortable with it, were doing arts and crafts painting a few wood flowers with assistance of activities team and carer staff 🪴✨🎨

We are always happy to see and listening Kim at Wilton Manor. She does a great performance to our residents, staff members and family members.

On Monday we had an afternoon of Bingo where our residents were competitive between each others with concentration, residents with attention of numbers called out 📢😄 and with same winners 🏆🤝

We can tell that almost everyone has had a teddy bear toy in their lifetime and they have been loyal companions throughout our childhood. At Wilton Manor we celebrated Teddy Bear Picnic Day on 10th July with music, teddys for everyone, remembering good times with a nice buffet and refreshments. 🐻🪴🌞✨
