What a pleasure it was to spend the weekend in Gloucestershire with these lovely ladies at our instructor update. 😊

Lots of information about the new Touch For Health manual which is coming out soon and learning from each other new ways of presenting the syllabus. 📖

I came away refreshed and invigorated, raring to go and share Touch for Health in 2026.

I also got to spend some quality time with my partner in crime Zoe Linden . Such a joy! 🤩

Some great tips here for hay fever. I take nettle as a supplement and it works really well if you take it consistently on an empty stomach.

Do you suffer with Hayfever around this time of year?

Here are 5 tips to help you manage seasonal allergies naturally:

1. Source some local honey and take a spoonful a day in the couple of months leading up to and during your usual hay fever period

2. Try drinking nettle tea - it’s one of nature’s natural antihistamines and can help to relieve symptoms like sneezing, itchy eyes and a runny nose

3. Boost your immune system with supplements such as magnesium, quercetin, turmeric, vitamins A, C, D & E, NAC and probiotics and/or the homeopathic remedy, A.Vogel Pollinosan… even better, instead of guessing, go and see your local kinesiologist so they can muscle test you and find out EXACTLY which of these your body will benefit from!

Here's a top tip for you if you are feeling triggered from events over the holidays.
Emotional Stress Release:
Feeling shocked, upset, anxious, worried, stressed or overwhelmed?

Holding the 'oh no' points on the forehead either side of the mid line may bring some relief. Best done done sitting or lying down, it's a great thing to do for a friend!
These points are on the Stomach Meridian which is key to feeling balanced and relaxed.

🎄 The holiday season is here, and with it comes a lot of stress—finances, family dynamics, and all the busy schedules! 😅 When our minds are racing, our energy systems can feel it too. If your energy is out of balance, it can lead to anxiety, sleep issues, headaches, or digestive problems.

While kinesiology won’t take away the stress, it can help you feel more grounded and better equipped to handle it. You may find you’re making clearer decisions and managing stress more easily.
