🌟New Year intentions are purposeful, guiding principles for the year, focusing on how you want to be (e.g. more present or grateful) rather than rigid what goals (like resolutions).

🙏Common intentions involve cultivating self-care, better relationships, mindfulness, healthier habits (sleep, nutrition), or setting boundaries, guided by values…

🤔Could yours be to reduce your risk of Type 2 Diabetes??
😊Are you thinking ahead to a healthier you in 2026?🏃🥗

Join us: You’ll learn about nutrition and getting more active, while being supported and meeting other people on the same journey as you. If you have been notified recently that you are prediabetic. 💙

When you need help, A&E might seem like the obvious choice. But there are many ways to get NHS help for non-emergencies that work around your life.

There were more than 200,000 A&E attendances last winter for conditions that could have been dealt with elsewhere across the NHS.

Get the right care, in the right place, at the right time – and help free-up emergency services for those who need them most this winter.

Follow four people with four different health concerns as they get the NHS care they need – quickly and easily, without A&E. Get the right care, in the righ...

CLOSURE REMINDER:

We are closed from 1pm on Tuesday 18th November so that our Surgery can join the TARGET training scheme.

📞 Anyone who needs advice about a health problem that cannot wait until the surgery is open again should telephone 111 or visit the NHS 111 website – 111.nhs.uk. In an emergency, please call 999.

What is TARGET?
TARGET stands for Time for Audit Research Governance Education and Training and all of these things are important in ensuring that surgery staff can do their jobs as effectively as possible.
By taking part in a half day TARGET session our Primary Care Workforce can:
✅Learn new skills which they can then use back in the surgery
✅Learn about new treatments and approaches to care
✅Work more closely with the hospitals and other care providers to make your care work more effectively
✅Share their thoughts and ideas with each other to improve services.
