Our community groups across Hampshire are helping people like Aimee to make new connections and express themselves creatively. We offer safe spaces where you can practice mindfulness techniques like journalling or art therapy. 🎨✏️

Or if you'd prefer, you can share experiences and coping skills with your peers, in groups and courses specifically focussed on mental health recovery.
