🚨📣 MEET THE TEAM 📣🚨

A huge welcome to our new Physiotherapist, Shahida 👋

Shahida found a passion for musculoskeletal physiotherapy through an active lifestyle of Karate, Pilates and gymnastics where she discovered a passion for understanding MSK movement and function and its application to injury prevention and rehabilitation.

Graduating with a BSc in Physiotherapy from Chichester university in 2024; Shahida has since been continuing her hands on development with further learning in manual therapy whilst applying her skillset to the local community to allow individuals guided treatment and rehabilitation to reach their goals and focus’s.

With a holistic and patient-centred approach, Shahida prides herself on providing specific and direct injury assessment and hands-on treatment care for you and your needs!

Shahida will be providing physiotherapy services on a Monday, Wednesday and Saturday morning, but for now some fun facts about Shahida….

🎄 Christmas Opening Hours 🎄

With the festive season is in full swing and Christmas day is fast approaching, be sure to make the time for you to ensure you have a great festive period too!

A few reminders from us...

📅 We are open as normal until 23rd December, with reduced hours on 24th December.

🎅 We are closed Christmas and Boxing Day to provide out team some well-deserved Festive Cheer.
