We are running a sports massage training day at our clinic in Swanmore and are looking for people who would be interested in having a sports massage, free of charge, and who would be happy to be a body for the training.

The training day will be run on:
Thursday 17th July between 09:30 - 13:00
and
Saturday 2nd August between 10:00 - 16:00.

Ideally, we need around 15 - 20 people over the two dates, with a range of ages (14+) and both genders

A huge welcome to our new Physiotherapist, Shahida 👋

Shahida found a passion for musculoskeletal physiotherapy through an active lifestyle of Karate, Pilates and gymnastics where she discovered a passion for understanding MSK movement and function and its application to injury prevention and rehabilitation.

Graduating with a BSc in Physiotherapy from Chichester university in 2024; Shahida has since been continuing her hands on development with further learning in manual therapy whilst applying her skillset to the local community to allow individuals guided treatment and rehabilitation to reach their goals and focus’s.

With a holistic and patient-centred approach, Shahida prides herself on providing specific and direct injury assessment and hands-on treatment care for you and your needs!

Shahida will be providing physiotherapy services on a Monday, Wednesday and Saturday morning, but for now some fun facts about Shahida….
