Aiming to beat 32 in a row.
Felt easy tonight despite a fun couple of salsa lessons! Just realised I'll have to do 22 press ups the same day I do half a marathon! 😅😅
Looking to demonstrate the SAID Principle:
Specific Adaptation to Imposed Demand. I.e. practice makes potential, consistency beats motivation.
