Whether you’re a vegan or just curious, this is a spot that leaves a lasting smile.

Today marks 8 years since we opened on the 31st August in 2017! We opened thinking a few people might like what we wanted to give Southampton but we never could've predicted the amount of love and support you've all shown us through the years; through good times and bad. Not to mention all the fantastic people we've met as either part of team, by supplying us or of course as customers. Thank you all!

A lot has changed since 2017 but a few things haven't- we promise to keep working as hard as ever to offer a warm welcoming space for everyone and will we continue to be unwavering in our commitment to showcase how tasty, fun and varied vegan food can be? Absolutely!

We opened 100% vegan and will never not be. For the animals, then, now and always. Here's to year 9! ❤️🐖🐄🐑🐤🦈

After 4 wonderful years at Abshot Osteopathy, it’s time for me to say goodbye as both a therapist and Pilates instructor.

I feel incredibly grateful to have worked alongside such amazing colleagues and to have supported so many truly inspiring clients. Together we’ve shared laughter, a few tears, and countless hours of hard work — all of which I’ll carry with me as cherished memories.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey. It’s been such a privilege to teach, to learn, and to grow here. 💙

Here’s to the next chapter, and to all of you who made this one so special.

Good evening,

Starting a Pilates class for non members on a Saturday 10-11 on the 18.01. for 6 weeks.

It’s a great way to get to know Pilates, for getting back after a break from exercising, working on that nagging back pain, creating balanced muscular strength on both sides of your body and improve flexibility. Message me for further details.

The blueprint of the foot!
It’s Indy how much money we spend on shoes that are not made for our feet 💁🏻‍♀️
Having surgery and therapy due to foot problems but not fixing the problem.

Work on the strengths of your feet, don’t squish them in shoes, move and let them do the work they are supposed to do!
Feet are the suspension system of our body…dah 👣
