This week, we’re shining a spotlight on our incredible Payroll team, the unsung heroes who keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Here’s what our Head of Payroll shared about the role:

💬 “The job involves far more than straightforward salaries. We handle complex calculations — we must correctly calculate sick pay, maternity pay, overtime, and holiday pay, which is particularly complex for employees with irregular hours.”

💬 “Resolving complex payroll queries and ensuring everything is correct is a challenge and very rewarding when payroll has been completed and all employees have been paid.”

Stuart, one of our Operation Managers, is taking on an Olympic-distance triathlon for an amazing cause.

He'll be aiming to complete a 1.5km swim, 37km cycle, and 10km run — all in just 5 weeks of training! 💪

Stuart has taken on this challenge to support a cause close to his heart: Tom Harrison House, a specialist addiction recovery centre for military veterans.

Our Story

All-Care was founded in 2004 and in 2014 was acquired by Clece Care Services (CCS). All-Care is now part of the CCS Group who opened in the UK in 2013 to maximise the independence, well-being and quality of life of individuals in their own home.

Since then the group has continued to grow throughout the UK bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise from Spain where CCS are the largest care provider in the country. We are working together to provide bespoke, personalised care and support services to a wide range of people – including those with complex needs – so that they can live at home independently.

We often get asked what sets us apart. We think it’s our people. For our staff, working in social care is not just a job.
