We’re excited to welcome Chloe to our Head Office team as our new HR Advisor, supporting our South brands including All Care at CCS!

Chloe brings a strong background in HR, is NSI accredited in Security Screening, and is close to completing her CIPD Level 3. She’s already passed several HR audits with flying colours! ✅

☀️ Staying Cool, Staying Safe 🌿

Hot weather can be dangerous, especially for older adults and people living with long-term health conditions.

Here are our top tips to help you and your loved ones stay safe this summer:
✅ Stay out of the heat: Avoid going out between 11am–3pm. If you must, stick to the shade, wear light clothing, and use sunscreen.
✅ Cool down: Drink cold fluids, avoid caffeine and alcohol, and try a cool shower or damp cloth on your skin.
✅ Keep your home cool: Close windows and curtains during the day, and open them at night. Use fans if it’s under 35°C.
✅ Check in: If you or someone you care for is vulnerable, make sure they’re staying hydrated and cool.

At All Care, our home care teams are trained to support clients through extreme weather—keeping them safe, comfortable, and cared for but it's important to also monitor your own wellbeing during heatwaves. 💜
