Heart2Heart Homecare is a domiciliary care provider within Southampton. We are currently looking for care assistants to join our team.

If you are flexible, caring and looking to make a real difference within your local community, we would like to speak to you!
Domiciliary care tasks can include; washing, showering, bathing, dressing, continence care, assistance with daily routines, moving and handling transfers, meal preparation, washing up, tidying and all other essential tasks that enable the individual to maintain their wellbeing and remain within their own home.

All of our care staff team will be expected to carry out personal care and all tasks listed above.

We are looking for a Field Care Supervisor!

Full Time Monday- Friday 8.30am- 4.30pm.
On Call- One weekend each month

Heart2Heart Homecare is a domiciliary care provider within Southampton and surrounding areas. We are currently looking for an experienced field care supervisor to join our team, this role will be based in Southampton and the post-holder will be responsible for administrative and field based tasks.

This will involve:

Carrying out care and risk assessments
Carrying out care reviews
Supporting with the on call 1 in 4 weekends
Working between administrative and field based activities
Working closely with the Deputy Manager to establish business needs.
To carry out any other duties that may be required of your position.
We are looking for someone that can work well on their own initiative and who has worked in a care setting prior to this role.

The ideal candidate will be organised, a quick learner, have great communication skills and will be results-driven.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,000.00 per year
