Say hello to our Deputy Manager, Gemma👋!
Gemma has been with Heart2Heart since day dot, building it from scratch with Harriet after working for many care companies along the way.
She is the heart of and soul of our team and much appreciated by everyone. 🥰🙌

💕“I Love that it’s a small family run business, making it more personal for clients and carers as there’s always a face to a name.
🫶I Love that the whole team get involved with the clients and their families – not just the carers.
💬I Love being able to pop out and visit clients, both present and past – even just for a wellbeing check in and a chat.
✨I Love having such a brilliant team that always go above and beyond for one another as well as never rushing to make sure the clients are happy, safe and their needs are always met.
☕I Love the open-door culture that we’ve created where carers, clients and their families feel welcome to pop in for a coffee and a biscuit to discus needs or just have a chat.”
When Gemma isn’t working, she enjoys:
👨👩👧👦“Spending time with family – especially my grandchildren and close friends.
🐕Walks in the forest with the dog and stopping off for a nice pub lunch!
✈️Travelling to see family, with Scotland and Tenerife being a firm favourite.”
