After my recent trip to Thailand, I was struck by the story of the Buddha — a prince who left behind comfort to seek freedom from suffering. His realisation that our struggles begin in the mind really resonated with me.

Out of this inspiration comes my new Hatha Flow series: The Journey Home, starting Tuesday 9 September.

Together we’ll reset the nervous system after Summer, stretch out the sillies, and give the mind space to rest.

Baby yoga – new course starting!

I'm pleased to announce my next Baby Yoga course starts Tuesday 9 September, 10.30 – 11.40am at the GirlGuiding Centre, Chandlers Ford.

My pregnancy yoga classes are back! After the whirlwind of summer, it’s the perfect time to slow down, reconnect with your body and find inner calm.

My next six-week pregnancy yoga course begins Wednesday 10 September at Richard Taunton's Sixth Form College, 6.30–7.45pm.

Together, we’ll stretch, breathe, and prepare your body and mind for labour and beyond. With the gentle support of a birthing ball, you’ll build calm, confidence and strength to carry you through pregnancy and birth.

These classes are a little different: instead of mats, blocks and blankets, I invite you to bring a birthing ball. As a qualified Yoga Therapist, I find this the best way to support the pelvis and lower back, stimulate the pelvic floor and encourage good posture throughout pregnancy. 🌟 Celebrating 10 years of teaching pregnancy yoga 🌟

Over the past decade, I’ve had the joy of supporting more than 300 women through pregnancy — offering tools to ease labour, reduce anxiety and create a more positive birthing experience.

This is my favourite class to teach. It blends modified yoga postures on a birthing ball with somatic movement, silly walks and dances and powerful breathing techniques.

Here’s what one mum-to-be said from a recent course:
“The breathing exercises really helped to focus me during labour.”

Im excited to share my new posters and flyers with you...because it means my next pregnancy yoga course is nearly here!

Pregnancy can be a wonderful time - but it can also feel vulnerable, emotional and full of unknowns. That's why I love teaching pregnancy yoga. It's where transformation can happen.

This six week course, starting Wednesday 23 April, 6.30-7.45pm at Tauntons college in southampton, is all about creating space to connect with your inner strength.

We'll explore how the goddesses of ta***ic yoga can help tap into qualities like courage, softness, resilience and surrender - all of which can support a more positive labour experience.

Expect a blend of pregnancy safe yoga postures, somatic movement (gentle, body-led), silly dances and walks (yes, really!), breathing, meditation and visualisation techniques.
