A lovely review from a new client yesterday, suffering with painful shoulders and poor range of movement.
At the end of the session we achieved nearly full range of movement with no pain.

All my client's always ask how my weightlifting is progressing 😁
So I've been busy 🏋‍♀️ I've just arrived back from the Europeans master weightlifting championships 2022 Poland.
Competed in W50 64kg category and won a bronze medal 🥉
I'm very pleased and still need to work hard to improve for the next one 😁
