Sports massage for everyone....not just sportspeople....helping you move and feel better. Deep tissue and Pregnancy Massage also available.

‘Elements’ was founded in 2008 by Sarah Champion, a full-time sports massage therapist, biomechanics trainer and soft tissue therapist for the GB Diving Team.

‘Elements’ has now grown to include two treatment rooms in Southampton and one in Fareham. Clients benefiting from treatment range from ages 13 to 83, from non-sporting to Olympic athletes. The purpose of ‘elements’ is provide a team of soft tissue and movement specialists to keep patients pain-free, moving efficiently and functioning effectively. We want you to move better. And therefore feel better.
