After receiving my Level 3 Diploma in reflexology, I decided to start up my own business, Amethyst Reflexology. I want to try to reach as many people as possible and offer them the opportunity to experience the wonderful world of reflexology. Amethyst Reflexology offers relaxing treatments to help combat the stresses and strains of every day life and to help rebalance and strengthen your mind, bod

y and spirit and encourage your body to help heal itself.. Reflexology can help reduce stress, induce deep relaxation, balance the whole system, revitalise energy, strengthen the immune system, stimulate creativity and productivity and help prevent disease. You may notice other aspects improve too but this happens on a very individual basis. I also offer aromatherapy. I use high quality essential oils and each one has its own healing properties. I can create blends tailored specially for you, depending on your individual needs and fragrant preferences. These blends can be used during reflexology treatments or at home in a manner of different ways. Since becoming a reflexologist in 2013 I have also qualified in Indian head massage and Reiki. I am a full member of The Association of Reflexologists and The Association of Reproductive Reflexologists and I am fully insured.

It has been great to be back assessing new reflexology students again, watching them give treatments, observing their techniques and talking through their anatomy and physiology knowledge. It has been a privilege to spend the weekend with the wonderful Jeannie Lymath and her amazing students at Gatcombe House in Portsmouth. The exams are now over for this year but if anyone would like to become a reflexologist or a crystal healer then contact solecare.org healing and academy. Jeannie is a great teacher, a blooming lovely human and you will learn everything you need to know about stepping into the world of reflexology and crystals.

What's not to love...drinking tea from a cauldron, making crystal jewellery, watching a webinar on being an empath in chaotic times and listening to the thunder and lightning outside. Pretty perfect! I hope your afternoons are just as good!
It looks like it's been 6 months since I last posted so hellooo!! 👋 I am still here, just doing my thing and not loving social media so much these days but I am still around!

So just a week to go! Things are getting slightly more hectic here but I think I am getting organised slowly. At least the tree is up!

I have finished my first week in my new place! Still have a few tweaks to go here and there but my treatment room is mostly done, the rest of the house is ...well...work in progress! Today is the first day of Spring and how wonderful it is to see. It is my favourite season of all with all the promise of growth and newness. Fabulous. Anyway whilst I lose myself in the garden looking for snowdrops and daffodils I thought I would mention that I am opening on Saturday 10th February for treatments, a couple of slots have already gone so if anyone would like an appointment that day please do message me. (Obviously I am open on all my usual days, it's just Saturdays are rare.) Happy Imbolc to you all. 💚

Christmas has arrived at the house as has my daughter's gorgeous little puppy. The chaos has begun!
