Pilates helps with flexibility, posture, builds strength, and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on body alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance. Consideration and, exercise modification given to those with certain skeletal conditions, like Osteoporosis or Osteoarthritis.
Some small equipment can be used to help and enhance the exercises
