Change doesn't just happen...its sparked by something...

Firstly it starts with Awareness , that moment you notice the gap between WHAT IS & WHAT COULD BE.

Maybe its an uncomfortable truth , an inspiring idea or simply the realisation that THIS CANT GO ON ...

Next comes Intention , the decision to move towards something different.

Trouble is Intention without action is just daydreaming.

Change takes small steps, bold leaps & sometimes uncomfortable pushes .

Finally change needs Reinforcement , habits & systems that keep the new way alive until it becomes the norm.

Change is a chain reaction
Awareness > Intention > Action > Reinforcement

Just home from a short trip to Corfe ...this was me taking a dip in the sea at Shell Bay 🐚....

I was a little out of my Comfort Zone but I know how important it is to get comfortable being uncomfortable as growth doesn't happen when we stick with comfort.

Every time you try something new , take a risk or lean into a fear you stretch the limits of what you believe possible & that's where real growth lies πŸ™‚

ALL FEELINGS ARE FEEDBACK....

We live in a world that often praises emotional control but forgets to honour emotional awareness....

We tend to praise positivity & class feelings as either Good or Bad however ALL feelings are feedback not just the good ones !

Think of emotions like notifications on your phone , you wouldn't ignore a low battery alert or a message from someone important so why ignore sadness, anger , anxiety or even boredom?

These are all signals not flaws.

Anger might mean a boundary has been crossed

Anxiety might be pointing you toward something unresolved

Sadness can be asking you to slow down & process

Joy shows you what matters most

No emotion is random.

They are all little messages saying Hey something needs your attention !

Use your feelings as a compass & instead of labelling them as good or bad start asking
What is this feeling trying to show me?

Is there a need that is not being met?

What would it mean to honour this feeling instead of pushing it away?

When you treat your feelings with curiosity instead of judgement everything changes!

Real growth starts with awareness.

Suppressing or ignoring uncomfortable feelings does not make them go away it just disconnects you from your own innate wisdom.

Listening is where transformation begins.

So next time a big feeling comes up say Thank you & ask What are you here to teach me ?

The more you tune in the more you live in alignment with what matters most to you.

We don't need to feel good all the time we need to feel honestly & fully as all feelings are feedback & is how we grow & develop our emotional intelligence.

I just caught sight of my Calender & it got me thinking.....

We often carry the weight of expectations from others , from ourselves & from the stories we tell ourselves about how life SHOULD be ....

The problem with this is when reality doesn't match the script stress, frustration & disappointment step in.

But what if you could change the script altogether ?

Guess what...you can using NLP... πŸ™‚

By using NLP Techniques together we can identify & reframe limiting beliefs & unmet expectations that are keeping you stuck.

IDENTIFY THE EXPECTATION....ask what was I hoping for ? What outcome was I attached to ?

CHALLENGE THE BELIEF
ask whose belief is this ? Mine or other people's? Am I listening to my OWN voice ?

REFRAME Instead of I MUST or I SHOULD reframe to I am open to experiencing new things , I trust my own judgement

FUTURE PACE ask how will I FEEL once I am free from that pressure ? How will life BE ?

By releasing rigid expectations we allow room for possibility, creativity & most of all peace ✌️

Our Story

NLP explores the relationship between how we think (Neuro) How we communicate verbally and non-verbally (Linguistic) And our patterns of behaviour and emotion (Programmes) Alot of what we do on a daily basis is done on Auto Pilot as we use our Subconscious Brain most of the time. Problems can occur as more often than not we are not aware of our thoughts or behaviour until its too late and we have found ourselves doing or saying something that we dont actually want !

As your NLP Coach its my job to raise these thoughts and behaviours into your Conscious Brain so you can change them. I support you to make these changes and offer solutions to help you overcome any problems or obstacles you have in your life. NLP provides a series of practical techniques that can be easily learned and applied to any area of life. The learning comes from the doing so you will leave each session armed with techniques to practice that will literally Re Wire your brain ! Whatever you do for a living and whatever stage you are at in your life NLP can help you achieve more, become unstuck and become an even better version of yourself !

The memories will be far less vivid and the feelings completely watered down if not comletely gone.

I know first hand the value of NLP as I have experinced quite a few tough knocks in my life. I found CBT and Counselling useful however it was NLP that made the difference ! I felt as if I was looking at life from a whole new perspective and suddenly felt in control of my emotions rather than a victim of them. I am able to empathise with most of my clients as I too have experienced alot of what they are going through. I am happy to share my story with you if it helps.....
