It’s that time of year again 🙌🙌

Now the lighter evenings are here…we’re so excited to bring back our Friday eve heat sessions from May 8th.

Hanging out under the golden sun, unwinding from the week, and soaking up nature’s therapy. See you there!

Saturday 11th April | 15:30 to 18:30
Join us for a beautiful evening by the sea, combining movement, warmth and connection with nature.

We’ll begin with 30 minutes to arrive, connect and enjoy some time to socialise. This is your time to settle in without any rush before we start our yoga session .

At 4:00 pm, we’ll move into a one-hour Vinyasa (Flow) class on the beach, moving with the rhythm of the sea and the warm afternoon light.

After the class, we’ll unwind with an hour in the wood-fired heat. With sunset just before 8 pm, we might get lucky and catch golden hour (weather permitting).

Wow. I have so many people to thank for helping with Solace’s 1-year celebration!!

Our amazing bathers-turned-friends (and my loved ones) who helped with planning, decorations, cake, setup and pack-down, DJ’d, snapped pics, and even turned me into a leaf queen with my very own whisk crown - just brilliant 😅🥹 And the incredible businesses who partnered with Solace for goody bags and golden tickets!!

Solace started as a vision: a space to experience physical, mental, and social benefits in nature. What I didn’t expect was how much it would open my eyes to the kindness of people. I feel constantly inspired and more connected than ever.

We are collabing again with the lovely Bailey from .sauna and offering a Pilates/Rituals Sauna on Sunday 19th July 8.45am Mat Pilates followed by two back to back Rituals Saunas - spaces are limited so if you are interested please comment - hopefully by July the weather will be kind and we can do the Pilates outdoors 🧘‍♀️ 💪🏻
