Hey everyone 👋

As you might know, I’ve opened up limited communal sensory sauna sessions. These rituals have been really well-received, so it makes sense to offer them for anyone who doesn’t have a group of four to book privately.

The Sensory Sauna is a guided thermal experience with leaf whisking, aromatherapy, salts, scrubs, and masks. It is a chance to slow down, tune into your senses, and reset.

The 29th sold out in the first week, so if you’re considering the 20th December session (fun Christmas treat/gift?!🎄), don’t leave it until last minute. I hope to run these monthly 🙌🔥
