Charlie Cole, founder.

Throughout my career as a performer I have always been aware about the use of the self, and how we can help the body to function most effectively, particularly as I am a fitness enthusiast, having trained with some of the UK’s top athletes. I also have knowledge of training, fitness, maintaining a healthy lifestyle and Alexander Technique.

This keen interest has led me to a place where I want to help everyone realise their bodily potential, and gain their own understanding of themselves.

I studied Sports therapy at YMCA Fit in London and have gained further knowledge through my musical career (I can’t sit in an orchestral rehearsal anymore without analysing everyones’ posture in my head.)
