Day 8 – Mindset Moments with Amy & Jo

Today’s gentle reminder: slow your mind down.

One of the simplest ways to calm busy thoughts is by putting pen to paper. Journaling doesn’t have to be perfect, structured, or even make complete sense. It’s simply a safe place to empty your mind.

Write down what’s worrying you.
Write down what you’re grateful for.
Write down one small thing you’d like tomorrow to feel like.

And if words feel too heavy today, try colouring instead. Colouring quietly gives your brain a chance to switch off from overthinking and just be present for a few minutes.

There’s something very soothing about focusing on colours, shapes, and creativity without pressure.

So tonight, try this:
Take ten minutes with a notebook or a colouring page, make a cup of tea, and give your mind permission to slow down.

Small moments like this can make a big difference.

This year’s International Women’s Day theme is “Give to Gain”, and it couldn’t feel more fitting for the incredible women I’m lucky enough to work alongside every day.

The ladies in this video are just a few of the amazing women in my team. Women who give their time, their care, their encouragement, and their support to help others become healthier, happier and more confident.

What I love most is that when we give support, kindness and belief to others… we all gain. We gain friendships, confidence, purpose and a community of women lifting each other up.

I am so proud of this team of strong, kind and inspiring women who show every day that success is even better when it’s shared.

Happy International Women’s Day 💗

Today is a celebration of women everywhere. The strength we carry, the support we give one another, and the way we continue to grow, learn and lift each other up through every stage of life.

As a Serenova wellness coach, I feel incredibly grateful to work with so many amazing women who are choosing to prioritise their wellbeing. Whether it’s improving nutrition, supporting hormones, building confidence, finding balance in busy lives, or simply taking a little time for themselves each day.

Day 7 – Plan Ahead for a Calmer Week

How often do we leave everything until Sunday night… and suddenly the pressure piles on?

School uniforms to sort.
Clothes to organise.
Shopping to do.
Meals to think about.

Instead, try giving yourself a little time today to look ahead at the week.

It doesn’t have to be a full day of organising. Even one calm hour can make a big difference.

Maybe you could:
• Do a small food shop
• Batch cook something simple
• Sort uniforms or work clothes
• Plan a couple of meals for the week

Create a calm little moment while you do it.

Open the windows.
Light a candle.
Put some relaxing music on.

Taking a little time now can take a lot of pressure off later.

A calmer Sunday evening is a lovely way to end the week.
