Please congratulate Coach Collins slimmer of the year ! I could not be prouder of Lynn who has lost over five stone to date on the 121 Diet. Lynn is an inspiration to all my other slimmers as she’s always positive always motivating and always contributes in our groups or when she passes any of my other slimmers at clinic she’s the 1st to give advice in the group and pass on recipes on the 1st to step in if someone’s feeling low. She’s had quite a few challenges of her own this year but she’s not let them derail her and she’s picked herself back up and kept cracking on.

There was absolutely no doubt in my mind that Lynn needed to be voted as slimmer of the year 2025. I hope you enjoy wearing your pink sash as much as possible and yes, I think I failed you by not giving you a tiara as well!

Chocolate shake with a teaspoon of coffee, 300ml water, scoop of MAM, teaspoon of fibre, 1/2 teaspoon of Raspberry & Elderflower water flavouring and 6 cubes of ice blitzed!

🥚 Let’s talk eggs 🥚

From Step 2 and above, eggs are a brilliant food to include. They’re naturally low in calories but packed with protein, vitamins, minerals and healthy fats.

That protein really helps with fullness, and eggs can be an absolute game changer for staying on plan especially if you’re away in a hotel and need something simple, filling and reliable for breakfast.

Yummy Step 2 Recipe:
Simple Herb-Crusted Cod

Ingredients (Serves 1)
• 120g cod fillet
• 1 tsp dried mixed herbs
• 1 slice of lemon (optional, for garnish)
• 80g steamed broccoli

Method
1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (fan 180°C).
2. Place the cod fillet on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
3. Cod - sprinkle evenly with the dried mixed herbs, plus a pinch of pepper if desired.
4. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes, until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
5. While the cod cooks, steam the broccoli for 5-7 minutes until tender.
6. Serve the cod with the steamed broccoli and garnish with a slice of lemon if desired.

Calories: ~190 kcal
