7 Health Habits for Weight Loss

๐Ÿ’ญ Always Think Positive - the hardest thing Iโ€™ve found about losing weight is changing my mindset to โ€˜I Can!โ€™ has been crucial for me on days Iโ€™ve got on the scales and havenโ€™t seen the losses Iโ€™ve wanted.

๐Ÿณ Donโ€™t Skip - kick start the day with a meal thatโ€™s going to boost your metabolism and leave you feeing full through the morning.

๐Ÿ’ฆ Drink water when you wake up - in fact drink water all the time. I really notice each week when I havenโ€™t drink my 3ltrs of water a day. It helps to flush toxins, helps you feel alert and reduces .

๐ŸŒ“ Donโ€™t eat to close to bed - itโ€™s going to stay on your hips all night. Youโ€™re not active enough to shift it, itโ€™ll digest really slowly amd disturb your sleep.

๐Ÿฒ Make lunch your biggest meal - I like to restrict my carbs after the afternoon, eat my largest day around mid day and then have smaller meals in the afternoon to keep my ticking.

๐Ÿšถ๐ŸปMove everyday - whatever it is, from walking more, taking the stairs, or afternoon delight, Move more and enjoy the weather.

๐Ÿ’ค Prioritise good - Iโ€™m not very good at this as Iโ€™m a bit of a night owl but setting bedtime routines and boundaries is really important and it also makes sure I wake up more naturally refreshed โค๏ธ

Why We Are Consultants

Hi everyone!

We wanted to tell you all a little about us. Costas and I have been Cambridge Weight Plan Consultants for over 7 years now and we can honestly say we have loved every single minute of it! We donโ€™t see it as a job as it is nothing like work! We are very passionate about the fabulous brand and helping people change their lives.

We are known as โ€œ2Cchangeโ€ as we have first names that begin with C and we change peoples lives!!!!

Both of us have done the Cambridge Weight Plan losing 7 stone between us so we understand what its like to be on plan. The ups and downs of trying to lose weight for years was finally over when we found CWP. We work from our home and we also travel to our clients and see them in their own home or place of work, where ever is conveinent for them, and we are very flexible with the times we work as most people have very busy lives! We take great care to make sure people are made to feel comfortable and relaxed with us as it can be daunting and for some, embarrassing to have to talk about their weight.
