What a fantastic Transformation for Catherine ๐
After having three children in quick succession, Catherine's weight slowly crept on. Each pregnancy added a little more, and by 2021, she was at her heaviest. On New Yearโs Day 2022, she made the decision, no more excuses. It was time.
Starting on Step 1b, she lost four stone in six months. She maintained, then picked things up again, and found her love for horse riding in September. Fitness improved. Confidence returned. She started to feel like herself again.

We wanted to tell you all a little about us. Costas and I have been Cambridge Weight Plan Consultants for over 7 years now and we can honestly say we have loved every single minute of it! We donโt see it as a job as it is nothing like work! We are very passionate about the fabulous brand and helping people change their lives.
We are known as โ2Cchangeโ as we have first names that begin with C and we change peoples lives!!!!
Both of us have done the Cambridge Weight Plan losing 7 stone between us so we understand what its like to be on plan. The ups and downs of trying to lose weight for years was finally over when we found CWP. We work from our home and we also travel to our clients and see them in their own home or place of work, where ever is conveinent for them, and we are very flexible with the times we work as most people have very busy lives! We take great care to make sure people are made to feel comfortable and relaxed with us as it can be daunting and for some, embarrassing to have to talk about their weight.
We understand how important it is to have a healthy body weight but also to put yourself first and do something for you. To have confidence in how you look, to be able to wear the clothes you want to wear, to run and play with your children and to feel good about yourself. Everyones reason for losing weight is important to us and we want you to be the best version of you that you can be, and we will help you be that x
