𝐁𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 – 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐯𝐞 𝐆𝐨𝐭 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬!
The most important step in your health and weight loss journey isn’t a workout or a meal plan—it’s believing in yourself.
Every change starts with a decision: the decision to trust yourself, to keep going even when it’s tough, and to know that you are capable of reaching your goals. Progress isn’t about being perfect; it’s about showing up for yourself day after day.
Doubt may creep in, but don’t let it take control. You are stronger than you think, and every small step forward is proof of that. Stay consistent, trust the process, and remember—you are worthy of the results you’re working for.
However, feeling unhealthy, tired, depressed and unhappy with your body is even harder. Fact.
Do you want to continue avoiding and missing out on life, or do you want be a participant and live life to the max?
Which hard are you going to choose today?
The hard that is saying ‘no’ to the foods that you continue to crave, as you continue to make the wrong decision by eating them. Turn it around today, not tomorrow. Start to finally feel good about yourself as you begin to learn or relearn to flex those will power muscles.
Or
Continuing to eat what you want, when you want, because you are stressed or eating your own feelings. Ask yourself, does that help make you feel better? No. it never does. We all know it just makes you feel worse.
When will your food party end? Do you really need to ‘treat’ yourself to foods that harm you. When is a ‘treat’ not a treat? When it causes harm to your body and mood. Something thats adds excess fat and causes a post slump is not a treat to you or your body!
So, choose the hard that actually makes a difference and that starts to make you feel better about you!
Choose to stick to plan, and say no to the food and drinks that are not your health and weight loss friends.

Remember this when temptation hits:
That cookie, that fast food, or that sugary drink? It won’t taste as good as reaching your goals will feel. If you’re about to stray, pause. Ask yourself: Will this choice move me closer to where I want to be or further away?
Your future self is counting on you. Stay strong, keep drinking that water, and stick to the plan. You’re creating something bigger than a meal—you’re creating a lifestyle.
One choice at a time. One step at a time. You’re unstoppable. Keep going!

✨Life is never perfect, nor is weight loss and maintenance
✨Keep working on getting your thought process away from I’ve been ‘good’ or ‘bad’, so you’re neither ‘in’ or ‘out’, just keep trying to do your very best.
✨If you have fallen down, brush yourself off, take a deep breath, and then try to get straight back up. Keep making sure that you get out of your own way. You are your biggest hurdle. Not other people. You.
✨If you have one flat tire, do you slash the other three?
✨Failing is part of the progress and there is only one way to improve, and thats trying again.
✨Just keep moving forward one day at a day, one meal at a time. One foot in front of the other.
✨Overall be kind to yourself, and never ever give up, or lose sight of your goal or what it represents, Improved health. Mentally amd physically. Now that’s worth fighting for.
✨Nobody is perfect nor is this journey. It wasn’t supposed to be, or has to be to be successful
Remember these:
✨You are entirely up to you
✨The best project you will ever work on is you
✨Wake up with determination, go to bed with satisfaction
✨Prioritise you and your goals, you’re worth the effort

Knowing your why will keep you focused and committed on getting to your goal.
So when you feel like eating a cake
Drinking some wine or nicking the children’s crisps
STOP ✋🏻
AND REMEMBER WHY YOU PICKED UP THE PHONE THAT DAY AND CALLED ME
Why are you doing this?
Your WHY is what will keep you going

Here is the thing..
We all want to lose weight as fast as possible, I would like nothing more than to go to bed tonight and wake up slim tomorrow!
But of course with no effort, no commitment no plan and no magic fairy 🧚 this is not going to happen!

We wanted to tell you all a little about us. Costas and I have been Cambridge Weight Plan Consultants for over 7 years now and we can honestly say we have loved every single minute of it! We don’t see it as a job as it is nothing like work! We are very passionate about the fabulous brand and helping people change their lives.
We are known as “2Cchange” as we have first names that begin with C and we change peoples lives!!!!
Both of us have done the Cambridge Weight Plan losing 7 stone between us so we understand what its like to be on plan. The ups and downs of trying to lose weight for years was finally over when we found CWP. We work from our home and we also travel to our clients and see them in their own home or place of work, where ever is conveinent for them, and we are very flexible with the times we work as most people have very busy lives! We take great care to make sure people are made to feel comfortable and relaxed with us as it can be daunting and for some, embarrassing to have to talk about their weight.
We understand how important it is to have a healthy body weight but also to put yourself first and do something for you. To have confidence in how you look, to be able to wear the clothes you want to wear, to run and play with your children and to feel good about yourself. Everyones reason for losing weight is important to us and we want you to be the best version of you that you can be, and we will help you be that x
