From mortified to so very proud 💛

Sometimes it only takes one moment to make you stop and think… something has to change.

For Kezi, it was a photo from what should have been a trip of a lifetime alongside being told she was at risk of developing Type 2 diabetes, it gave her the nudge she needed to take back control and start her journey.

Now, over 4 stone lighter, she’s living life very differently.

“Before, I wouldn’t go on the kayak or paddleboard in case it sank. Now I’ve done both and I’m so proud of myself.”

A busy mum of three, Kezi had gained weight with each pregnancy. With family life and a desk job, she felt stuck, short on time, energy, and motivation.

Her turning point came on a family trip to Disneyland Paris.

“We had a lovely time, but I felt so self conscious, and the heat made everything harder. By the end of the day, I was in pain just from walking.”

That moment became her line in the sand.

Two years ago, Lindsay reached out to her Consultant looking for structure, accountability, and confidence in her clothes.

She started on Step 2, focusing on recipes she felt comfortable repeating, gradually introducing new ones as her confidence grew. Following brain surgery, Lindsay felt nervous about returning to the gym and hadn’t felt fully supported before, so she took things at her own pace, with reassurance and guidance every step of the way.
