✨ Transformation incoming! ✨

Katy originally lost an amazing 5 stone with us, but after some stressful life events her weight gradually crept back up by 1 stone 7lbs. She knew she wanted to take control again before it spiralled, and that’s exactly what she did.

Katy got back on plan in January 2025 and reached her goal weight again by the end of February. She then spent the rest of the year focusing on maintaining her loss and she did it! 🙌

Now she’s happily maintaining, enjoying a varied and balanced diet, and keeping active with running and bouldering. After a wonderful summer of events, she says she finally feels confident and like herself again ❤️

Katy’s journey shows that it’s not always about massive losses, sometimes taking back control, losing what has crept back on, and staying consistent is a huge win.

Clients often ask me which Step gives the best weight loss.
And the answer is always the same.The Step you can stick to.

There’s no point choosing Step 1 if sitting down to a family meal each evening really matters to you. In that case, Step 2 or Step 3 may suit you far better. When you’re consistent, the weight often comes off more easily than struggling on a Step that doesn’t fit your life.

Why We Are Consultants

Hi everyone!

We wanted to tell you all a little about us. Costas and I have been Cambridge Weight Plan Consultants for over 7 years now and we can honestly say we have loved every single minute of it! We don’t see it as a job as it is nothing like work! We are very passionate about the fabulous brand and helping people change their lives.

We are known as “2Cchange” as we have first names that begin with C and we change peoples lives!!!!

Both of us have done the Cambridge Weight Plan losing 7 stone between us so we understand what its like to be on plan. The ups and downs of trying to lose weight for years was finally over when we found CWP. We work from our home and we also travel to our clients and see them in their own home or place of work, where ever is conveinent for them, and we are very flexible with the times we work as most people have very busy lives! We take great care to make sure people are made to feel comfortable and relaxed with us as it can be daunting and for some, embarrassing to have to talk about their weight.
