Let's take a moment for our summer single origin from Viani, Antioquia, Colombia 🇨🇴☕️

Collected from over 400 smallholder farms and processed at three Racafé Cooperative stations, this single origin makes up 60% of RISE — and it's just as stunning on its own.

🌱 At Santa Rosa, retired jeans factory owner Sr. Jaime is redefining sustainability. With limited water access, he invested in an eco mill that dramatically cuts water usage — proof that thoughtful innovation fuels better coffee and a healthier planet.

🥑 At El Refugio, coffee and avocado trees grow side by side. The avocado trees shield the coffee from harsh sun and wind, while pure mountain water nourishes both crops and processes coffee cherries.

Our splendid summer single origin from Peru is more than just delicious coffee — it supports the El Oso project, dedicated to conserving forests and wildlife around the coffee-growing areas of Santuario Nacional Tabaconas Namballe in San Ignacio 🌱🐻

This reforestation initiative helps expand natural habitats for local wildlife, including 186 species of birds, 13 species of amphibians, and endangered mammals like the spectacled bear (pictured 🐾).
