Pilates classes in the heart of Southbourne The studio is designed for 1:1 and 2:1 sessions, as well as small group mat Pilates classes (up to 5 people).

Sobo Pilates (formerly Gilates) is a boutique studio offering Reformer Pilates and Personal Training in an intimate, welcoming space. In addition to studio sessions, I also run weekly Pilates classes in Southbourne, including Beach Pilates, Pregnancy and Mum & Baby Pilates. The Sobo Pilates On Demand library allows you to do Pilates whenever and wherever you want.

🙏🏻 Thanks to all my wonderful clients for joining me on the mat (& reformer) every week and making my job such a joy 😊

👋🏻 It feels so odd to just up and leave like this but I will be back before you know it…

🏖️ Beach Pilates classes will be the first to return in the summer, and I hope you can all join me ☀️

👶🏻 I’m going to lay low on here for a bit now and focus my attention on my family, preparing for baby #2 and some serious chilling 🧘🏻‍♀️ 💫

✨ The countdown is on… 🤰🏻

I had hoped to do a lovely round-up of the year, but to be honest I’ve been exhausted. Pregnancy + toddler + illnesses + the festive season has been a lot 😅

I am SO excited to meet our little 2026 baby very soon though, and for Alfie to become a big brother (the thought of which makes me well up every time 🥹!) 🩵

🤸🏻 Classes are back for one month only from next Monday! I can’t wait to get back to it. Limited spaces available, so be sure to book ahead.
