As you all know I am also a qualified veterinary nurse.
You are probably wondering why treat animals with reiki, if your pet is on medication? Reiki can help to relax the patient, and can also be a pain relief ,which in turn helps to speed up the healing process.
It has proven to help the healing process, because hospitals now use reiki therapy for people. Let’s hope the Royal College of veterinary surgeons can recognise reiki along side medication for animals.
