I would like to take this moment to explain to you what exactly the Empowerment program is!
Over the last few years I have been working a lot on myself. Like many of us, I had some deep rooted stuff I needed dig up and throw out. It took me a long while to figure out how to do this. A life time of being made to feel that I was not worthy , not capable and too Dramatic to ever be classed as a proper grown up, I broke free form the opinions of Others, removed my self from environments that no longer served me, surrounded myself with the right tribe , got some kick ass coaching from a phenomenal human, some motivation and encouragement from another couple of beautiful humans and then after lot of shadow work, education , reading , journaling, meditation (which is a continuous element) I realised that when I was born, this life was always mine and no one else’s, I realised that I could carry on giving a s**t about what other people think and be a serial people pleaser but never actually be happy myself because I was to bothered about the happiness of others OR I could start listening to ME, and once I did that I realised that I am enough and I can do whatever the hell I want to do!
So my first port of call was to get over my anxiety of putting my self into situations that made me feel uncomfortable, so I went back to school ! I got my qualifications in my beautiful therapies which I’m so proud of and so grateful to my teacher/beautiful friend for. And then the journey began to really unfold. As I learnt that I was not only capable at what I loved doing , I was bloody good at it , I began to grow confident enough to grow my abilities to help people on another level.
And as the universe heard me, it served me, I was presented another beautiful human to guide me through This next chapter. This chapter would be my coaching. ✨. This is also an ongoing education in my journey, as I work I continue to grow and learn more, that’s the beauty of this life , we never have to stop learning , there are no rules. After receiving my first qualification in Life coaching , it was now time to create my offerings and today I am proud to be able to offer a beautiful coaching program that digs deep into the realms of the subconscious mind and gets to the root cause of self esteem issues and bad relationships with money too. Offering a sage space,It empowers the mind, gives strength and brings back the real you, to move forward to live a beautiful fulfilled life. Your mind is a powerful thing. Trust me! I work from a fine blend of personal experience , from being in low and dark places myself in life to now living at the other end of the scale.
The programs I offer, incorporate a holistic presence inclusive of therapies, sound healing and chakra healing and balancing inspired by the beautiful healing of Reiki. I have procrastinated enough, I have half heartedly put myself out there, because I had some self esteem stuff going on (still after all this time) then After a little more work , I’m here, putting it out there that I am a holistic empowerment coach and I am here at your service !
