And breathe…

The kids went back to school today so I can pause that plate from spinning for a few hours!

This time is for me to wander, to write, and listen to the seeds of what 2026 holds.

I’m back offering sessions from Thursday and can’t wait to invite you in. I love creating space for others to breathe as well.

The Gifts of Reiki
A quiet stream through weary veins,
it washes sorrow, softens pains.
Each breath expands, the shadows flee - renewal hums in harmony.

The mind unknots, the heart takes flight, old burdens melt in gentle light.
From stress to stillness, fear to peace,
the healing hands grant sweet release.

And when the session’s calm is through, the world feels warm, awake, and new.
For reiki’s gift, both pure and kind,
heals not just flesh—but heart and mind.

Snippets of Summer 🌞

I’ve been decluttering my phone photos and had to share a few.
‌
Summer was full, as it usually is and I’ve taken a couple of weeks to slow down and take time for myself after the kids have gone back to school. Walking, coffee, friends - my bliss.
‌
How are you? It’s a time of transition into the darker months and not an easy one sometimes, the call inwards can be uncomfortable, I’m sending loving and supportive energy your way. ✨💜

Hello, how are you?

It’s been a little while since I’ve shared here. April disappeared in a flurry of school holidays and my Son’s 8th birthday, I was depleted.
‌
I needed some time for quiet and stillness, to connect with friends, and tend to my garden.
‌
Reiki has lovingly supported me throughout and I feel ready to write this and to come back to this space today.
‌
Healing isn’t always loud and shareable in the moment. It can be quiet, gentle, sacred.
‌
If you’ve been feeling a call to reconnect with a part of your self, I’d be honoured to support you. 🙏🏻

I absolutely love Clare’s photography style and was excited for her to capture some shots for my website.

She was so aligned with my ideas, I had total trust and confidence that she’d create something magical and she did just that. I’m not comfortable in front of the camera usually but it was such an easy going and fun shoot. Highly recommend ☺️
