This 8-week course is a focused journey into your centre - the navel point, your core of strength, vitality and inner direction.
This isn’t just about toning up for summer (although that may happen- I hope so 😉).
It’s about coming back to the place in you that knows who you are, what you want, and how to move forward.
Through Kundalini yoga, breathwork and gong relaxation, we’ll work to:
– Strengthen the physical core and support digestion
– Stimulate healthy elimination and cleanse the intestines
– Release stored tension in the belly and diaphragm
– Improve breath capacity and energy flow
– Build resilience, confidence and inner stability
The navel centre is where physical vitality meets personal power.
When it’s strong and balanced, we feel clearer, steadier and more able to act on what matters.
Expect a mix of movement, breath, stillness and deep rest -leaving feeling lighter, stronger and more connected to ourselves and centred to our core.
