The WCN Care Group operates 3 care homes in Dorset and Hampshire, alongside WCN Care at Home. St Anne's Care Home is situated in Southborne, Stour Road Care Home in Christchurch and Chestnut Court Care Home in New Milton. WCN Care at Home takes our extraordinary care into peoples own homes.

Meet one of our Champions, Esther N:

“I chose to champion Dementia, Nutrition and hydration.

My passion for nutrition and hydration stems from a deep interest in the scientific elements of food and its direct impact on the body. This was motivated by personal experience and the desire to improve human health and well-being, as well as to assist people with dementia in adapting meals and drinks to prevent malnutrition and dehydration which can worsen symptoms.”
