20 years ago I genuinely believed being healthy was another word for being a size 6! Since being a late 40's, peri-menopausal, full time working single mum, being healthy is about one thing - FEELING ALIVE and THRIVING in mind, body AND soul! As a qualified Personal Trainer, Wellness and Nutrition Coach, I became a Menopause Practitioner to truly understand the root causes of peri-menopause and menopause symptoms to not only help my clients over 40 (some younger) manage their symptoms naturally but to also help manage my own. As I watched silently, my heart was filled with pride, joy and love ❤️

These gorgeous beautiful women (and our token male Tony! 💙) all chatting, laughing, looking like they’ve known each other for years.

Some brand new.
Some bonded through bootcamp.
Some grapevine together at keep fit.
All sharing stories with no judgement – only love.

These last 5 years have been my proudest on this planet.

Bringing these incredible humans together. Walking beside them as they find themselves again. Watching them feel fit, strong, healthy and buzzing with life. Feeling part of something they thought they’d never have again.

This is what I live for.
This was the dream.
A community with no judgement, no guilt, no fear – just women being who they are and finally getting their mojo back.

They are my heroes. They are the reason I do what I do. And I am truly grateful for every single one of you.

✨ I’m 50 now, and honestly… I’ve forgotten how I felt back then. ✨

When you’re at your lowest, when you say “I can’t do this anymore,” — that’s exactly when the shift begins.

Consistency is the key.
It takes time to feel like YOU again.

But if you stay patient and consistent with good habits… one day you’ll forget how you once felt.

Think about where you could be in 5, 10 years if you don’t start now.

Tomorrow never comes.

Start with small changes today, and keep showing up.

That’s why I love my job — to be that daily reminder, your support, your accountability, your cheerleader when you feel like giving up.

I help women stay consistent, stay on track, and get back to feeling like themselves again.

💛 At 50, I can honestly say… I feel like I did in my 30s — before children, before perimenopause, before life’s heavy seasons.

I genuinely feel alive and thriving — and you can too.
