As a mum, working a job, running a house, looking after family, working another job dealing with kids, dealing with life, this week you MUST take some time out to BREATHE! 🙌
So many friends, clients and myself were burnt out last week, I blame it on the Pink Moon 🤷♀️? But we just all kept going, the result….broken!
So this is an “order” 🤣 from your PT - this week you MUST:
🧘🏼♀️ take some time to rest every day
🙌 do some meditation
🏋️♀️ if you miss a training session because you’re absolutely shattered it doesn’t matter!
👊 say no if it’s not absolutely imperative or ask someone else to do it instead
This week is about getting your mojo back!
😴 get to bed before 10pm
🫐 eat clean - think proteins, fruits and veggies, healthy fats and whole grains
💃 move your body - think walks, dancing round the house, keep fit fun
💕 be kind to yourself - speak words of kindness to you, “I can do this”, “I love the person that I am” “I deserve some time to breathe” “I am bloody awesome”
Just remember, life is crazy, hectic and demanding. You are only one person and it’s ok to not be running around being super Mum/wife/daughter all the time….to be a true super Mum/wife/daughter is to make sure you are rested too, as without rest how can you happily and healthily be all those things!
My promise to myself this week - to keep me well rested and back on track to feeling less burn out - is to be in bed by 10pm every…single….night….what’s your’s?
