🩵 Classes are small and friendly, and offer calm relaxing one on one time with your baby.

🩷 As well as massage sessions also include some gentle sensory play and nursery rhythms. There will also be time at the end of each session to have a cuppa and a chat.

I’m so excited to be involved in this wonderful mother’s wellbeing morning with Emma from and Laura from Singing Mamas.

Come and join us at this free event where there will be a postpartum nutritional talk lead by Emma as well as the following taster sessions:

🩷 Baby yoga with Emma
🩵 Baby Massage with me
🩷 Singing Mamas with Laura

There will also be yummy snacks and hot drinks, and a play area for older toddlers.

The event is free but we’re asking for a £3 contribution for the taster classes to cover costs of running the sessions.
