Calling all Seated Yoga Instructors 🪑

Our beautiful chair yoga instructor is moving away from Essex and we are in search of someone who would like to take over the class. Hayley has formed a wonderful community of people who enjoy their class every Monday morning at the centre (some weeks they even stay on after their class for tea, biscuits and a little chat) and we would love to find a teacher as wonderful as Hayley to take over on her departure to keep the little group together doing what they love.
