Back in Essex for 2 nights and seeing everything differently in a very wonderful way 🙏💕

Dropped B at school, staying in a beautiful cosy cottage in Old Leigh, a long hours walk along the beach and front with the dogs.

Bumped into my friend Lucy on the beach. Back to meet my dear friend Kate where we chatted, walked along to visit the new Wellness space in old Leigh, exciting ideas 💡 for their !! Popped into Osbournes for some delicious prawns 🍤

An evening hosting a webinar for some wonderful partners with the menopause network .

Sometimes life feels just right, aligned and things working out just perfectly 💕

Excited for the next few days here.

Day 73 - New addition walking goal to support my continued weight loss !!

Started yesterday with an hour dog walk and then a further 30 mins in the gym on the treadmill to hit this goal.

Also got back to my self development and one of my all time favourite authors/ teachers Esther Hicks - this morning was all about vibrational alignment , always brings me so much clarity ❤️

Excited to be motivated and disciplined enough to keep pushing forward even though no loss last week - back in the game more motivated than ever !!

Happy International Women’s Day ❤️

Here’s me at my goal weight just before I got pregnant with the beautiful Barnaby !!

I am on my way back to this version of myself, strong, confident, fierce and unstoppable!!

This is a reminder to us all that flame 🔥 inside you never goes out, we have dreams and goals for a reason and they were planted to be fulfilled.

Life and events can get in the way but it’s all part of your unique journey and story.

My journey as a single mum, the best and hardest most rewarding journey I’ve been on, my struggles up on down with finances, success and weight !

The 3.5 year journey of my dads cancer diagnosis and losing him.

The grief oh the grief again a humbling experience that never leaves you, you just learn to grow and adapt and trust they are in this journey with you.

Being so close to achieving my huge business goals and not quite making it.

Having my heart broken 💔 3 times !! To meeting the love of my life.

Losing loved ones, Barnabys dad although he wasn’t around for us with both felt his loss in such a huge way ❤️

Almost losing my mum through her grief journey but being part of her growth and survival !!

BUT ……………

This is our story and you need to learn to lift your vibration higher than your circumstances, this can be so hard sometimes when you feel like life is kicking you down.

BUT…………….

You can do it !!! You can press restart and start again.

Those dreams and goals are still there waiting for you to align with then and welcome them into your life like an old friend.

I believe in you…… and most importantly, I BELIEVE IN ME ❤️

Never stop believing, never stop dreaming, keep taking a step forward and never ever ever give up.

Watch the space I am coming back, stronger, more committed, more disciplined, more passionate than ever before ❤️

Day 71 - 15lbs off still and the first week that I’ve not lost. I think this is very normal but yes I do have a little panic 🙏🙈

One small blip the old me would have possibly slipped as I’ve had a really good week - who else can relate ??

I know my principles are strong

✔️ 16:8 fast
✔️ calorie deficit
✔️ resistance training 3 x a week
✔️ track macros
✔️ supplementation protocol

So I’m going back to my walking for weightloss this week as just getting moving more will help me and it’s great just to be outside more ❤️

My morning shake is my go to everyday to set me up for the day.

Whether I’m on the school run, doing the dog walk or off to the gym it’s quick, easy and full of vitamins and minerals and protein to fuel your body.

Ingredients this morning:

2 scoops/sachets chocolate protein - 20g plant based protein, full amino acid score, vitamin A, C, D, E, B1, B2, B12, calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, copper, manganese, selenium, iodine, fibre
