We are back in colonial Quito, switching the energy before our next journey — to Nalanda, for the rest of our yoga retreat in beautiful Ecuador.

Today’s Journey 🌿
We had a chance to visit the new Yachana Foundation Clinic — the first in Ecuador dedicated to helping children with malnutrition. 💚
Later, we connected and meditated by the majestic Kapok Tree, one of the largest and most powerful trees in Yachana — its energy was simply awe-inspiring. 🌳✨
Our day continued with a walk to the farm, where we tasted unique local honey from native bees, fresh cacao, sugar cane, and other tropical delights. 🍯🍫🌱
