Are you an experienced Lead Support Worker or Senior Carer ready to step into a pivotal leadership role?
Volsec Healthcare are looking for a resilient, highly skilled Team Leader to oversee our Supported Living services.
This is a senior position requiring a "lead by example" approach to ensure our clients with Autism and Learning Disabilities receive the highest standard of person-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of support workers, ensuring high morale and professional excellence.
Care Planning: Develop, review, and implement complex care plans and risk assessments tailored to individual needs.
Compliance: Ensure all services meet CQC standards and internal quality audits.
Crisis Management:Provide expert guidance on positive behavioral support and de-escalation techniques.
Administration:Manage staff rotas, conduct appraisals, and liaise with families and healthcare professionals.
Essential Requirements
Experience: Proven experience working with individuals with Autism and Learning Disabilities is essential.
Gender Requirement: Female only (This is a genuine occupational requirement due to the specific personal care needs and preferences of our current clients).
Driving: Must hold a valid UK Driving Licence
Right to Work: Must have existing right to work in the UK. **No sponsorships are available at this time.**
Qualifications:Level 3 NVQ/Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is preferred.
