So anyone who knows me knows I hate salad hate veg in fact hate any food that is healthy for you. But unfortunately being perimenopausal I’m storing the belly fat. So after some research on food for women my age I’ve decided it’s time to go healthy. More protein no more ultra processed food & trying to restrict as much sugar as possible in food sauces etc. To my surprise I actually didn’t mind the green & orange stuff on my plate 😂so here’s to more healthy foods. 200g chicken breast fillets 30g wholewheat gluten free pasta 60g low fat hummus with carrot & mixed leaves drizzled with balsamic vinegar & oil.

Four years ago I watched my mum take her final breath & my heart broke. But loosing my mum has led me on a journey to which I’m truly thankful of. I love giving my clients that I now call friends massages & healing. I’ve met some wonderful people that I have learnt & still learning so much & I am truly grateful & blessed. 🙏🏼
