This week's lesson
Being needed seems to be a very human trait that we all have. What's the point of being here if we are not needed, we all have a part to play in each others lives. Healers are born from being needed, friends are born from being needed, children are born from being needed, doctors, nurses, shop keepers, and yes even politicians are born from being needed. Don't be fooled to think you are here on this planet to be alone and that you can do anything and everything on your own. It's simply not true. We all need to have someone or something in our lives whether it be friends, family, religion, and even spiritualism because even in that we look to the universe for help when we need it. So in this season of good will to all men and women don't be afraid to ask for help. Have a merry Christmas and a happy new year and above all a worry free week

Whilst studying the hands and their functions in relation to the body I've discovered that a lot of every day aches and pains can be caused by how you use your hands. So let's say you hold a pen all day for instance... if you are right handed did you know that to do this you incorporate the left arm,leg and neck fingers to actually hold the pen which in turn can bring you out of balance. This sounds to fantastic to believe...but how good does it feel to hold a loved ones hand or to wash them in nice warm soapy water massaging them at the same time. Try doing this when you get home from a hard days work. Now give it some though about what you do with your hands and how they may contribute to your ailments. I can can carry out distant healing using these points and Reiki healing energy.
