We’re excited to launch a 4-week Calisthenics course with our very own Paul Duddy 🤸 combining bodyweight strength, mobility, balance and flow. Expect pushes, pulls, hangs, and ground work designed to build real, functional strength and deeper awareness of how your body moves.
Each week builds on the last, helping you develop skill, coordination and confidence in a supportive small-group setting.
