Let's Talk - Counselling, Mental Health and Wellbeing Services C.I.C

We are a Southend and online based non-profit working with mental health and emotional wellbeing.

Let's Talk is the joint vision and exciting new venture of four Person Centred Counsellors: Val Fida, Ashleigh West, Karolina Jurewicz and Lorraine Wybrow. As a non-profit, Let's Talk works in collaboration with a wide network of local Southend charities, agencies and services to provide low-cost 1:1 counselling sessions, peer support groups, psycho-educational workshops tailored to the needs of d

ifferent groups of service users in the community. Our aim is to start a conversation about Mental Health and Emotional Wellbeing: we hope to spread awareness on how life impacts our mental health, what strategies and skills can be adopted to be able to cope with life's curveballs, and above of all create a space where talking about struggles becomes normalised, the taboos are broken and a lighter, more fulfilling life can be achieved through talking about difficult things.

💥eternally grateful for anyone who came out to our fundraising music all-dayer at The Craftsman on sunday, despite the horrible weather and the fact it was the last weekend before payday in what feels like an insanely long january! massive thank you to the local musicians Jack Leonard, John Paul Elliott, Andy Hunt, Painting Cars, Viv Leslie, Saida Bee, Danny Attreed, Kate West, Mick Nixon, Out of the Mist, Efflo for donating their time and talent to help us with this cause - you all helped us raise £65 which will go towards the costs of running our FREE mental health groups in westcliff!🌱

absolutely blown away by the kindness of people who turned up to our mental health all-dayer at the Moonraker Club last night, to raise money towards our services!

what a way to end the year! thank you to everyone who came down to The Craftsman for our charity music all-dayer and decided to donate to our cause and support our mental health work in the community - we raised £166 and we are eternally grateful!❤️
