Hey everyone, I wanted to give you all an update as I have been super quiet in recent months. At the beginning of the year I was made redundant from a job I absolutely loved with the British Red Cross. In a bit of a panic I took a ‘part time’ job that promised flexibility to continue running this alongside. Unfortunately, due to the nature of it, it was not part time in any way… and things suffered as a result. I had to give up my regular yoga classes and struggled to fit any time in to offer massage.
I have since left that job and have now started working at an amazing place, and I finally have time to rekindle my own business, doing what I love!

I have my own treatment room in central southend, and also offer a mobile service for massage and private yoga sessions at my home or yours.

I will be posting an updated price list very soon, with some special offers in the run up to Christmas.
