having his second sponsored session, not quite what he’s expecting!

A long chat this time about what to do moving forward. Toby has a fantastic run ability there’s no doubt about that, but the things to compliment and improve his performance currently are non-existent.

What this means is that his current pace, is purely natural and stripped back. Imagine what this guy will do once we analyse his gait, build his strength and keep the treatments going!

Since the start of November we have offered any new members of a free 30 minute consultation worth £39, to help them get started as safe and strong as they can. Allan here was the first to cash in on the offer 👌

It was great helping educate someone who struggles to get into their doctors surgery. With some chronic knee pain and an inability to squat without pain, we managed to dive into the do’s and dont’s of training, and ways to actually help manage the pain.

We’re here to help as many people as we can, and sometimes that doesn’t involve the hands-on approach but simply answering questions that can’t be answered without a specialist 👨‍⚕️🙌

We are pleased to announce that Toby Jones will be sponsored by The Lab moving forwards, receiving treatments regularly to help him achieve his potential. Having just turned 18, Toby is a budding talent for the regions 5km and 10km distances with his current PBs set at 14:37 and 31:30.
