🌿 A message from the Mayura family 🌿

When you know you need to rest but find it hard to make time for it, sometimes the universe steps in to make sure you do.

A few weeks ago, Paula was struck by a car while crossing the road as a pedestrian. She was in hospital for two weeks but is now recovering at home.

For Paula, this time has become one of enforced stillness, a chance for reflection, for deep rest, and for leaning into everything she teaches about the power of healing that resides within us all.

A Different Kind of Retreat…

This time, Paula stepped away not as a teacher, but as a guest, allowing herself to simply be. To rest, receive, and remember that even those who hold space for others also need moments to be held.

Days of yoga, sea swims, sunrises and sunsets, shared laughter, community, and gentle astrology reflections became a reminder of why these practices are so vital, not just to teach, but to live.

Freshly back from our Yoga & Sailing Retreat in the Greek Islands, and what a journey it was.
