Whilst we understand that things change, please do allow us the proper cancellation notice. Last minute cancellations, or now shows, have a massively negative impact on our business. Without proper notice we cannot fill empty slots.

Please note that once you have booked an appointment that means we have reserved time exclusively for you. Only reserve time if you intend on coming.

If you need to cancel, please allow us at least 48 hours notice prior to your appointment time. Failure to do this will mean you will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the full treatment cost. No shows and cancellations on the same day will be required to pay 100% charge.
