CONGRATULATIONS, You have reached your destination!
Most people I work with are EXACTLY at the destination they SHOULD be.
But NOT where they want to be!
You see our lives will go wherever we focus most of our attention, it's like setting our own SatNav.
And if we focus on anxiety that’s EXACTLY what will appear in our lives.
People I see regularly for anxiety are continually focussed on what has gone WRONG in their lives, where injustices happened, they were overlooked for promotions, lovers were lost, opportunities missed.
I tell my clients you could walk down the street and stop every person you passed and ask them if anything bad had ever happened to them.
How many people do you think you would find who had never had a loss, disappointment, or trauma?
The DIFFERENCE is they aren't continually THINKING about it.
Your brain will focus on what YOU are thinking about.
You have got into the habit of focussing on what you DON'T want.
If you are struggling with ANXIETY & want your destination to be CALM, CONFIDENT & HAPPY.
Point your internal SatNav there instead and see what an amazing difference it makes to your WHOLE life.
