💜 Today is World Su***de Prevention Day.
Over 10 years ago, I lost my mum, Catherine Mhlaba, and my brother to su***de. I’ve also had my own moments of darkness.
If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s this: su***de prevention isn’t always about the big gestures. Sometimes it’s about slowing down, being kind, and simply seeing someone.
