Ask yourself, how long did it take to put the weight on, months if not years right. However people want to unrealistically lose the weight within weeks. Thats obviously not how it works.

Month 1: You’re building habits, not seeing much change yet but trust the process! 💪

Month 2: Your strength and endurance improve, even if the scale doesn’t budge. Keep pushing! 🏋️‍♂️

Month 3: The results start showing—physically, mentally, and in your energy levels! 🔥

Ever wonder why we get stretch marks. This is a very odd but interesting video explaining.

Stretch marks are like your skin's way of saying, ‘Whoa, that was a big change!’ Whether from growth spurts, pregnancy, weight shifts, or even muscle gains, your skin stretches fast, and the collagen can’t always keep up then, boom, stretch marks! They start off red, purple, or dark but fade over time. Totally normal, totally common, and honestly, kind of like tiger stripes that show how awesome your body is!
