Every day in the UK, 58 women are diagnosed with a gynaecological cancer, that’s over 21,000 a year. But awareness is low, and early symptoms are often missed. 🚨

Know the signs of womb, ovarian, cervical, v***al, and vaginal cancer:
🔸 Abnormal bleeding (between periods, after s*x, or after menopause)
🔸 Persistent bloating or pelvic pain
🔸 Changes in vaginal discharge
🔸 Itching, lumps, or sores around the v***a
🔸 Needing to wee more often

If something doesn’t feel right, trust your instincts, see your GP. Early detection can save lives! Keep up to date with your cervical screening.

The food pantry at Norton Place, 162 Ness Road, is open to anyone in need and is currently running low on donations. Any contributions would be greatly appreciated.

Donations can be dropped off at Reception during their opening hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.

They are currently able to accept the following in-date items: Long-life milk, Tinned goods such as fish, fruit, meat, rice pudding, and vegetables.

Every donation makes a difference, thank you for your kindness and support!

• You can find a pharmacy open over the holiday weekend at Find a pharmacy – NHS
• The NHS 111 service can be contacted by phone, NHS app or at www.111.nhs.uk for help and advice if you feel unwell including needing urgent dental advice.
• Mental health crisis support is also available 24/7 by calling NHS 111 and choosing the mental health option.
