International Day of Zero Waste 🌍

It’s easy to feel like we have to do everything perfectly when it comes to sustainability - but in reality, small, gentle changes are what truly make a difference.

Whether it’s reusing something instead of replacing it, reducing what we bring into our homes, or simply becoming a little more mindful of what we throw away, it all counts.

There’s no pressure to do it all. Just doing what feels manageable for you is enough.

Caring for the planet and caring for ourselves can go hand in hand 💚

Just a little reminder that the clocks go forward this Sunday (29th March) ⏰🌱

While we gain lighter evenings, it can also mean a slightly slower start for some of us, especially if you’re already managing energy levels, neurodivergence, or fatigue.

If you can, give yourself a bit of extra gentleness as your body adjusts. Slower mornings, earlier nights, and lowering expectations for a few days can really help.

Spring is about gradual change, you don’t have to rush to keep up with it 💚

One of the things I value most in coaching is creating space.

Space where it doesn’t feel like pressure, or “work”, but somewhere you can just be yourself.

Real change often comes from those natural conversations, where trust builds over time and things start to feel a little clearer, a little lighter.

I’m so grateful for feedback like this 💚

If you’ve been thinking about reaching out but aren’t sure what to expect, it might be more relaxed and supportive than you imagine.

If you’re neurodivergent and/or living with ME/CFS, you might be used to pushing through, masking, or telling yourself you “should be able to manage.”

But noticing when you need support and allowing yourself to reach out isn’t failure. It’s self-awareness. It’s self-respect. It’s self-care.

Whether it’s asking for help with daily tasks, emotional support, or simply letting someone know you’re struggling, those small moments of reaching out can prevent burnout, reduce overwhelm, and help you feel less alone.

You don’t have to wait until things feel unbearable. You’re allowed to ask for support earlier. You’re allowed to have needs. And those needs matter.

If you’re supporting a young person preparing for exams, you’ll know how overwhelming planning and revision can feel, especially for those with ADHD or dyslexia.

This blog shares simple, practical ways to break tasks down, reduce that “where do I start?” feeling, and work with the brain rather than against it. These approaches can make revision feel more manageable, less stressful, and ultimately more effective.

Whether it’s structuring revision, tackling coursework, or just getting started, these ideas can help build confidence and momentum during exam season.

The spring equinox is a moment of balance. Day and night are equal, and nature begins its steady shift towards longer, lighter days.

For many people, this time of year brings a sense of renewal and possibility. Seeds are beginning to grow, energy slowly returns and there is an invitation to notice what might be ready to change or develop in our own lives.

If you are neurodivergent or living with fluctuating energy due to ME or CFS, seasonal transitions can also be a useful reminder that growth does not have to be rushed. Nature does not force its timing. Things unfold gradually, in the right conditions.

The equinox can be a moment to pause and reflect. What feels ready to grow? What needs a little more space or patience? And what might you choose to nurture over the coming months?

Coaching can be a space to explore these questions and to develop practical ways to move forward at a pace that works for your brain and your body.

Sometimes the most powerful thing someone can offer you… is to truly listen.

Not to fix.
Not to interrupt.
Not to prepare the next question.
Just to hear you.

That’s the kind of space I aim to create in my coaching sessions - a space where you can think clearly, explore openly, and feel genuinely heard.

If you're curious about how coaching could support you, I offer a free discovery call so we can explore whether it’s the right fit for you.

Living with ME or CFS often means unlearning the push through mentality that many of us were raised with. When your energy is limited and unpredictable, constantly pushing past your limits can lead to crashes, frustration and longer periods of recovery.

Learning to pace naturally is about listening to your body, noticing your energy patterns and allowing rest before you reach exhaustion. Instead of working against your body, pacing helps you move in rhythm with it, protecting your energy and supporting long-term wellbeing.

I’ve written a blog about what natural pacing can look like when you live with ME/CFS, and how developing this skill can help you build a more sustainable way of living.

Neurodiversity Celebration Week is more than awareness. It is about recognising that different brains bring different strengths, perspectives and ways of contributing to the world.

For many neurodivergent people, the reality is that workplaces, education and everyday systems are still designed around a narrow idea of how people should think, communicate and work. This can lead to unnecessary stress, burnout and people feeling like they have to hide who they really are just to get by.

Celebrating neurodiversity matters because it shifts the conversation from fixing individuals to creating environments where different minds can thrive. When people are supported to work in ways that suit their brain, creativity, innovation and wellbeing all improve.

At Earth Coaching, I work with people who are navigating ADHD and other forms of neurodivergence, often alongside chronic conditions like ME or CFS. Coaching is about helping you understand how your brain works, develop strategies that fit you and build a life and career that feels sustainable.

Neurodiversity Celebration Week is a reminder that difference is not a deficit. When we recognise and support neurodivergent ways of thinking, everyone benefits.

Starting a project can feel exciting, until your brain suddenly freezes. If you have ADHD or dyslexia, organising ideas, maintaining focus and finishing tasks can be particularly challenging, even when you have great ideas.

I’ve written a new blog sharing practical ways to plan projects that work with your brain, not against it. It includes simple strategies like brain-dumping your ideas, breaking tasks into micro-steps, anticipating blocks and building accountability so your projects actually move forward.

If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by planning, procrastinated on something important, or struggled to turn ideas into action, this blog is for you.
