Hello, I am an experienced, non-judgemental, friendly counsellor who is a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapy (BACP). What I can offer you is a non-judgemental accepting environment – somewhere where you are allowed to truly be who you want to be and can explore all areas of self. I do not believe that counselling is simply confined to the chair – again, within this safe space, I offer you the environment to explore yourself through various creative outlets. I have been working within the industry for a number of years, with a range of individuals from various ages and backgrounds. Having worked with young people within two schools for two years, I've found that it is necessary to reassure people that counselling is not as scary as it's made out to be – it is not like going to the dentist! Counselling is a time in your life where you can explore and reflect; together we can work through and answer questions which you feel are troubling. Once you have discovered these answers we can then move you forward in your world and you can shine brighter.
