THE FINAL WEEK OF SACRED STUDIOS

Thank you to all that have supported me through this journey, it's been a huge learning curve and lots of fun.

Please join me on the mat one final time this week, or pop in to say hi on Saturday. Only a few things left for sale on a first come first served basis.

I will be teaching locally (very) soon and will announce studios and dates shortly.

This is a hard post. Let’s get super vulnerable.

Yoga was there for me at a time I really needed it. Yoga has shown me that I’m capable of anything I put my mind to.

But over the past few months, running the studio has become increasingly difficult. Business rates and bills have risen significantly and I’ve been holding things together alongside a full-time job, with the support of an incredible team, friends and family. I’ve pushed for as long as I can… but it’s time to acknowledge that this chapter needs to close.

It’s hard to speak this into the universe, but I am closing Sacred Studios Southend.

What does this mean?
• Our final day of classes will be 11th January.
• Class plans will no longer be available to purchase from today.
• If you currently have a package, you’ll have until this date to use any remaining classes.
• Drop-in sessions will still be available.
• Still time to hire the studio one final time
• And a thank you gift from me - you can enjoy unlimited classes until 11th January for £66.

Although I’m sad that this must come to an end, I will still be teaching locally as my love for yoga is infinite (dates & location to follow).

To everyone who has walked through the studio doors, unrolled a mat and supported this little dream in any way… thank you. You’ve been such an important part of this journey, and I’m endlessly grateful.

November Timetable is Live! ✨
We’ve made a few small changes this month (all great ones!)

• Elaine will now be guiding our Wednesday morning flows. With her background in physiotherapy, you’re in the best hands. This class is cash only & walk-in friendly - no need to book ahead.

• Jodie joins us with Seasonal Vinyasa Flow twice a month on Sundays. These classes are part of her 300hr teacher training and are beautifully themed - included in your subscriptions and available for single drop-ins too.

• Barre with Kirby every Wednesday evening - the perfect midweek lift!

• Saturday flows are back to 10AM!
