Ok, I get it. Open water swimming or dipping isn't everyone's cup of tea but what do you do to help keep yourself sane?

What's your go to when you're stressed? Do you have a few different options, depending on how or what you're feeling?

I've really enjoyed doing mindful walks recently. It's nothing epic, just a 10 minute walk around the block, no mobile phone or music. I walk and focus on what I can hear, smell, touch and see. It really helps me out of my own head and makes me feel present. Some people might think that sounds woo woo but it works...trust me! 👌🏻

Offttt!! Now that was a huge challenge for me!

I decided at the beginning of 2025 that I was going to really test myself and confront some big fears of mine.

has run this incredible event called Rise for 6 years now, I'd highly recommend going next year AND checking out Katie's other events and workshops too.

Even though I had prepared both mentally and physically, I was absolutely crapping myself!! 🤣. Thankfully everyone there was absolutely amazing and I knew they had my back - Katie, the other speakers and the attendees. ❣️

As Katie said, "Being ready is a decision, not a feeling".

I know it's all about taking action too. There's never a perfect time, you just need to get started, to do the thing! No matter what it is, just go for it.
